We are a couple living in rural Aroostook County, Maine. We have a long-term vision to create a small, off-grid community. We intend to start a short-term rental and sauna/spa as a business and use the revenue to build off-grid infrastructure. Our goal is to create a beautiful little community of simple, welcoming homes so people can join us and share in the income from the businesses started on the land.

We purchased 53 acres with a brook, spring and pond. The property is mostly wooded. We are living in the comfortable, 4-bedroom farmhouse, and we have room to share with the right person or small family who shares our vision and values.
