- Property & Maintenance: Decades of experience in painting, green cleaning, construction, and caretaking. Former certified lead remediator. Knowledgable about active and passive thermal mass systems.
- Homesteading & Horticulture: Veteran in site planning, water/woodlot management. Experience growing indoor/outdoor (Midwest and tropics), foraging, keeping bees, and producing maple syrup.
- Culinary & Hospitality: Plant-based chef experienced in restaurants, catering, and hospitality (ideal for Inn/Retreat management).
- Organizational Involvement: Veteran of sustainable development groups like MREA (26 years), The Valley Stewardship Network, and Transition Town.Experience studying and founding intentional communities.
- Opportunity: Seeking an elder rural property owner willing to exchange property (or a piece of it) for personal and property caretaking services.
- Educator: English teacher, One Small Garden, Real Food Culinary,Active and Passive Thermal Mass in the Homestead
