Nevada City is a rural community in California in the foothills of the Sierra’s.  It is preserved as it was when gold was discovered in the 1800’s.  It’s a historical marker.  Walking distance to town from cohousing. 1-1/2 hour drive to Sacramento.  3 hour drive to San Francisco.
