We are a holistic retreat center and intentional community in Hawaii looking for a new team member to manage the Sales and Marketing of our Hospitality Business.  We are focused on ecological living and personal growth/development in a residential community context.  Staff and volunteers form the backbone of the community providing labor in core areas such as Housekeeping, Hospitality, Land and Garden work, Food prep and catering for retreats and more.  Our core values and agreements are: Self-Responsibility, Clear communication, Sex/Body/Pleasure positive & LGBTQP+ supportive environment, Ecology, and more.  The center is located within a larger off-grid eco-village neighborhood with other privately-owned lots/homes.  We are located walking distance from the ocean and have a gorgeous year-round climate, tons of fruit trees and great infrastructure to support community living.

Commission-Based Rental Lodging Manager Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and timely information to prospective renters and answering their questions.
• Email sending prepared Invoices. (Our Admin Director will prepare all invoice and track payments)
• Providing Pre-Arrival, Arrival and Orientation information to Renters.. 
• Meeting and Orienting new Renters upon arrival when possible or 10am the first morning, splitting this duty 50/50% with the On-Site Manager.
• Answering questions and handling problems during Renters’ stay on-site. Communicating to the owner (Robert) and Admin/On-site Manager any important issues with guests/residents in a timely manner.
• Providing check-out information and solicitation of 5-star reviews.
• Be responsible for communication and sales for potential housing guests. The main responsibility to Lolia is to maximize occupancy and income for the lodging units (rooms, cottages and cabins.)

Compensation:  Room/Board/Amenities plus Commission on Lodging and Retreat Sales.  Details upon request.
