Occasional House-Sitting in Bethesda, MD (North of DC)

I am looking for someone who is super responsible who can occasionally housesit for me. 6 days here and 2 weeks there, etc. I see this occasional housesitting as something I will need on-and-off long-term.
If anyone has an itch to regularly come to DC to be a tourist, on the cheap, this is for you!! (It is a fun and amazing city!!)
Responsiblities would include:
taking care of my pet rabbit, Albus (water, food, litter box, vacuuming area)
Being the person in-house for my home airbnb – answering questions and turning over rooms (sheets, towels, trash cans, cleaning bedroom and bathroom).
Watering the garden
Other building/developing/computer work/creating – in a way so that the weekly work adds up to 20 hours which is the Workaway.info norm.
And basic housesitting attention!
I live in Bethesda, a metro trip away from Washington, DC, 1.5 miles from the Bethesda metro station on the Red Line.
You would have a bedroom with a full bed, and use of the hall bathroom. And full use and access to a well stocked nutritionist’s kitchen!! So much to enjoy there and learn from.
