The unique peninsula land facing east gives an uninterrupted view of sunrise over the ocean. To the right, are the pristine white sands of Virgin Beach, internationally known but rarely visited by tourists. To the left is a bay beneath the cliffs and miles of ocean. Privacy is ensured.

The community is focused on environmental sustainability with a touch of outreach via high-end “eco-tourism” or “green tourism”.

Villas use sustainable bamboo and local timber. Solar panels and water recycling keep the environmental footprint small and outgoing costs low.

Community members can live onsite permanently, or lease out their villa for additional cashflow whilst offsite.
