We are a multinational, multilingual, and multigenerational group of remote professionals, retirees, digital nomads, second-generation Greeks, and Philhellenes—all drawn to Greece’s breathtaking beauty, rich culture, and vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle.

A Cohousing Incubation Hub for Your Move Abroad

Moving abroad is a big step—but you don’t have to do it alone. Over the past four years, Evi Gerou (Pare) has created an incubation hub and consultancy, carefully selecting projects with strong foundations, building professional networks, and developing the support systems needed for a smooth transition to life in an intentional community in Greece.

Through the Greek Village Cohousing incubation hub, members gain access to trusted resources, expert guidance, and a like-minded community, making the move abroad step by step, together.

They form deep bonds through the shared experience of building their village, using sociocracy to ensure a fully community-led process guided by a shared vision and values.

Where We Are

Taygetes Cohousing Village (Peloponnesos) – A breathtaking rural agri-hood in the foothills of the majestic Taygetes Mountains, surrounded by nature in a national park, next to a wellness resort, spa, farm, hiking trails and other amenities, with incredible mountain views.

Ariadne Cohousing Village (Crete) – In and around Rethymno Crete, a picturesque Venetian harbor town with golden beaches, a lively cultural scene, and an enchanting old town filled with cafés, boutiques, and vibrant local markets. Rethymno is a place where modern life flows seamlessly into the island’s deep history, with winding stone streets, historic fortresses, and some of the best food in Greece.
