My name is Stacey and Andy.  I have an Amish built caretaker cabin in Coshocton County, town called Fresno, OH. It is on 18.9 acres of land. The farm has chickens, highlander cows, sheep, emus, and donkey. The cabin is an 16×30 with second floor bedroom with a 4×6 deck overlooking the valley. Heat will be via wood stove. The caretaker cabin has spring water with a small bathroom/shower, kitchen, electric and internet access. We are looking for someone that likes to live sustainably, help us with the farm, cut grass,/ weed eat,  take care of the animals and property. We always help when we are there. Our goal is to build a farm and try to be as sustainable, but also be practical. Eventually being off the grid is another desire. Basically, make it so people would like to visit, learn and maybe stay. We have 2 other cabins and could hold classes or attract people to the area like glamping.

We do not live there, but come on weekends. When we are there, we have camp fires, picnics and other events. Not to mention, help with the place. We work in Cleveland to make this all possible, which we have a cabin for ourselves. We are trying to establish a permaculture environment with fruit trees, gardens, startup grape vines and fishing pond. I can send pictures of the area and cabin.

If this sounds interesting, please contact me.
