Our Community

We are a group of active, caring, moderately reserved and forward looking individuals.

We value living simply, sharing resources and caring for one another and the environment.

We are outdoor enthusiasts who love living in an area of immense beauty and endless outdoor activities.

Ridgway – Our Town

Ridgway is located in southwest Colorado and is known for being the gateway town to the San Juan Mountains. We are proud that we were recently designated an international Dark Sky Community.

Ridgway is home to ranchers, artists, athletes, activists, history-buffs, nature-lovers and families who value strong community. It also attracts remote workers. Colorado has the most remote workers of any other state and Ridgway supports those workers with a coworking facility and newly installed high speed internet.

What makes Ridgway especially attractive is the access it offers to year round outdoor pursuits such as hiking, river rafting, kayaking, fishing, biking, horse riding, winter skiing, ice climbing and more.

Ridgeway is just 40 miles from the resort town of Telluride.  Nearby is a regional airport, and only a few miles down the road is Ouray, known as the Switzerland of America and famous for its hot springs.

Our Project

We are building 26 homes on 4.5 acres in downtown Ridgway. Schools, shopping, medical clinics, theatre and yoga  are all within walking distance to our site. Our plan is to begin construction in 2021 and we currently have homes to reserve.

We invite you to visit our website (, watch our video, attend one of our events, and call Sara Sharp at 970-318-6428 to learn more.
