Householders are responsible for co-creating and maintaining beautiful, organized therapeutic homes for people of all abilities. You will live with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who make their home at Riverflow and volunteers from all over the world who come to give one year or more of service. Householders contribute to the physical and social-emotional care of the home and the Friends and coworkers living in the home.
