I’m offering the furnished master bedroom in a quiet, intentional home on nearly 3 acres of wooded land. This is a peaceful, grounded living environment designed to support simplicity, mindfulness, and respectful coexistence. It is not a party house and is best suited for someone who naturally values calm, cleanliness, and conscious living.
In the long term, I plan to turn this land into an intentional community with maybe 3-4 families, growing food onsite in a permaculture fashion.

I will be traveling for extended periods (including an initial 3–6 months), so I’m looking for a responsible steward of the home — someone comfortable with independence, care, and clear communication.
Located in Morrow, 15-20 minutes from Downtown ATL.

• Fully shared kitchen

• Carport/garage (tenant gets shared use of car port)
• Full access to the yard and land for walking, sitting, or light gardening
  (Workshop/outbuildings are not included)

🌱 House Ethos (Please Read Carefully)

This home is intentionally maintained as a calm, low-stimulus environment.

• Quiet, contemplative household
• Not a party house
• Meat-free home (no meat stored, cooked, or brought onto the premises; exception: cat food)
• No alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs kept or used on the premises
• Limited and intentional guests
• Shared spaces kept clean, uncluttered, and respected

This is not about enforcement — it’s about alignment. The right fit will feel ease, not restriction.

🌿 Light Land Stewardship

While I am traveling, the resident is expected to participate in light stewardship of the land, specifically:

• Mowing approximately every 2 weeks during the growing season, only when I am away
• Basic observation of the property (notifying me of any issues)

A lawn mower is provided. This responsibility is intentionally modest and is reflected in the below-market rent.

Feeding the “house cat” is also a shared responsibility.
