THE LOCATION: The house is near an L-stop, 2 Metra stations and 20 mins to downtown in one direction and O’Hare in the other. It is a safe and beautiful neighborhood where neighbors help out one another. Spots to eat include CTA Taco, Eris Brewery, Old Irving Brew Pub and a few others. There is a Starbucks in the neighborhood – and a lot of furry friends.

ABOUT ME: Single entrepreneurial woman, with two cats, looking for a compatible housemate–someone who understands the benefits of living in community and can work cooperatively on house habits and norms.
