That each and every person who walks in here should feel love

People mean a lot of different things when they type love, so here is what I mean and what you should mean as well.

Perfection. ~ If it’s too much, it’s not love. If it hurts, it’s not love. If it’s anything but clarity it’s not love.

Taking care of myself before anyone else. Taking care of others because I feel good taking care of others. Feeling that it doesn’t matter whose dishes are in the sink this morning because I want to be alive and I AM.

Communicating directly with the roommate whose’s dishes are in the sink every morning because I want to be able to easily wash my dishes and am going to create that for myself. Clarity. Abundance. Answers. Affirmative affirmation of all positive positivity. Looking out from my eyes and feeling the good intention of everyone around me effortlessly and instantly. My nervous system, the animal part of me sweetly saying yes. And most importantly, feeling good. Good in the great day, great deeds, great ease way.

I am inviting in people who want to wake up in the place to practice love. A place to live and feel good rather than a headquarters to progress and think about the future.

I am inviting in people who know they feel a reliable interest in tending to our community via care (chores), staying in sync through a weekly tradition (dinner or breakfast most likely), and inviting first-time guests to make an entry in the Clubhouse love guest registry. As I will happily invite you to do upon welcoming you home.

About Me:

Hello, I am someone who is embodied in myself and at this point in my life looking to experience and share a lot of love. The best place to build a foundation of security, attunement, and celebration is where I go to sleep each night.

I’ve lived in the space for two years with various roommates, that’s why there are beds already in the rooms. $125 for bed and frame and happy to sell to you when you move in.

Apartment Specifications:

Two bedrooms, four beds. As is circled in the floor plan diagram attached.

$782 is to occupy half a room. Your rent is locked in by me at 1/4th of the $3125 while accumulating Clubhouse residents. We will pay utilities proportionately though.

Utilities $85 – $75 each month divided by two.
Utilities $75 – 65 by three
Utilities $65 – 55 divided by four

Month-to-month lease.
Two parking spots are available and safe street parking. (I and roommates have parked out there for two years.)

Room Slots #1 and 2 share a HUGE closet and a bathtub.
Slot #3 shares an ensuite bathroom with me.

Space in the kitchen and common area is available for you. I hope you bring your ideas to the space.

Pet wanted, dogs only; must be ESAs. Dog slot is first come first serve. Second dog slot is dependent on first dog size, dog-to-dog friendliness, and desire of first dog slot taker.

Boundaries:

Dogs must be trained to stay off of the couches.
