Our Scott Foundation Family is inviting more formal interest to those that would seriously consider living in an off-grid permaculture style community.

You may already be aware of our intentions to move the entire Farm and Foundation from its current 1-acre site in North Scottsdale, to a 40+-acre site just North of the Towns of Cave Creek & Carefree.

In the process of securing land for our future home, additional land adjacent to the property, has been presented as an option to consider including in the sale. This is where we need your help and feedback.

We are not in a position to financially carry unplanned expenses; however, a creative option such as this, may additionally help fund our developing plans for the private specialty school – Cottontail Trails Center for Self-Reliance, and the Healing Earth Education Center.

Given our changing world, this may be a lifestyle change that you are personally considering, perhaps it’s a fit for your kids, or even the future of your grandkids? Either way, your feedback and interest will drive our decision on how to proceed forward in the next 30-days.

Much like The Desert Botanical Garden, our new location will be Membership-based to ensure long-term sustainable upkeep of the The Preserve’s Riparian’s, Endangered Species Trails, plus care for all of the Farm’s wildlife and animals that call it home.

We are in the quiet phase of our Capital Campaign, which has been anything but normal. However, encouraged by expressed interest thus far, the Foundation is considering an opportunity that would open SIX Lifetime Healing Earth Philanthropic Memberships. In addition to exclusive naming right opportunities, this would also include a permaculture designed – home or workplace site on 4.5-to-5-acres of conservation easements, adjacent to the planned Preserve. Consideration and choice of lots, will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

This lifestyle isn’t for everyone. The goal for anyone considering this opportunity, is to live in harmony with the environment in an eco-friendly way. Highest consideration will be given to those who have interest in working together to consciously steward our planet towards sustainability.

If this catches your attention, please contact us to reserve your interest in line, and/or text me directly at 480-688-9800 to help answer any questions.

Members of the Foundation play an integral part of supporting our mission that empowers foster youth, while inspiring others to discover and embrace mindful living through meaningful connections to nature, wellness and each other. Together, we create a cleaner environment and a healthier world for generations to come.
