I am a millennial, with wife and baby. We have been seriously looking into selling our home and moving north (not really off-grid, but into the country side – this may change). However, I am looking for like minded individuals who would be interested in joining together to create a community instead (If we can get enough interested, the costs would be spread out and easier on everyone) [I might even keep my house in the GTA].
