It is located in Vienna, Virginia, just miles from DC and in a very sweet, affluent neighborhood here in Northern Virginia.

I am a single woman who owns the condo. As a shared equity owner, you are able to gain equity in the home for the time you live here and per leaving, retain that equity for your lifetime.
