I am looking to establish an IC that focuses on self sustainability (food, energy, revenue), mindfulness and above all community.

Open to all religions, races or gender orientation, I am hoping to create a space where people can engage with one another in community through regular shared meals and other shared resources, common revenue generating enterprises (initially hospitality and recreation based such as glamping, air bnb, mountain biking and farm to table events).

Growth plans will include aquaculture, apiculture and green industries. Additional future expansion will include solar and wind power generation.

With a current sale price of $800,000 it will need the commitment of at least 10 individuals to buy one of the bungalows for $75,000. This will require a commitment of not only the initial buy in, but also a monthly commitment of $250 for taxes and maintenance.

The community will be established as a limited liability corporation and each new member after the initial 10 will purchase their unit for the same price or higher as determined by the members. Additional member revenue will be used for maintenance, upgrades and the growth of the community.

I already have the commitment of two people plus myself but will require at least 7 more.
