Hello community seekers! I  just completed a condominium conversion of a 2-unit residential property in SE Portland, Oregon. The main house (the unit for sale) is the original home, with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, plus a large bonus room with a built-in murphy bed–all on one level. There is also a large unfinished basement, a garage, and a covered deck. The second unit (my residence) sits above the garage; the two units are completely separate, sharing one wall in the garage.

I would love to sell this home to community-minded people interested in digging in, collaborating, and co-managing the garden and common areas with me.

High heat and smoke took a toll this summer, but the garden here is very resilient and can be counted on for year-round beauty, wonder, and bounty! To illustrate, here is my personal photo album of some of my favorite garden pics.
