We are forming a 55+ active adult cohousing community near Huntsville Alabama, a beautiful location nestled in the Appalachian foothills. This will be a resident-led and planned community where the neighborhood is shaped and managed by the people who call it home, giving everyone a voice and sense of ownership. The community is made up of private homes and shared places for privacy but also providing connection through community events and a commons house for gathering. We are planning to incorporate an aging care plan for the members as they age in place.
