MakerHouse is built from the ground up for creators and artists. It features a huge 1,000 sqft workshop including tooling for woodworking, metalworking, ceramics, fabric, electronics, robotics and more – it’s constantly evolving as members bring and share their interests.

Built with sustainability in mind, it’s incredibly energy efficient and 100% electric. The average MakerHouse resident’s carbon footprint is less than 1/10th the average American’s.

It’s also built for comfort, with premium soundproofing, a massive kitchen, home theater, back yard and more.

We have an upcoming opening for July 1st, $1,190/mo for a private bed + bath (minimum 6 months).
