Seeking Partners to Purchase Shared House Within a Larger Eco-Village

We have an opportunity to purchase a large home in an established Eco-Village.  The owner is open to creative purchase options including but not limited to rent-to-own.  The house is large enough to accommodate three households e.g. individual, couple, small family.  Each household would pay 1/3 of the down payment and 1/3 of the monthly rent/condo fee and have two private rooms along with a shared kitchen, living room, and 2 full bathrooms, although there is some room for negotiation here.  The House is part of Mosaic Commons, which has a shared common house, green space, and social activities.  Learn more about them here: https://mosaic-commons.org/  We’re hoping to meet with the owner to work out a deal sometime in July 2025 and move in late summer/early fall 2025.  Contact us if you would love to be a partner in this communal endeavor.
