I am seeking land for purchase in the Central and Western MA, Southern Vermont, and Southern New Hampshire areas.  I am looking for something around ~5+++ acres for about $50,000.  The more land the better, I am able to pay cash.  Lot should be buildable, ideally with a south facing slope.  Ideally perc tests, land surveys, and soil tests would be done but am willing to do these myself for the right parcel. Ideally it would be within 2-2.5 hours of Boston.  I am interested in building an earth bermed house with eventual experimental outbuildings using building techniques such as Earthship Biotecture techniques, Straw Bale and Cob, and utilizing recycled materials.   I am an educator and hope to provide workshops for those interested in learning more about these hand built shelter techniques.   Please contact me if you have land for sale or know of anything available in your area.
