Seeking founders for diverse cohousing

My husband and I are seeking people to join us in forming an intentional community or cohousing group, committed to values of sustainability, sharing and “enoughness”. We cannot afford to buy a $600,000 house, nor do we wish to only be among others who can afford that. Once we have a committed group, we would like to seek creative financing alternatives to make community living possible.
