Welcome to our home! We are a couple of health-conscious, wellness-obsessed, biohackers and this is our co-living home! We are located between Sheppard Station (20 minute walk) and Bayview Village (15 minute walk) and we are a 5 minute drive from the 401.

This room is on the second floor of our spacious home on a quiet street in North York and is available for September 15th, 2021.This room is available for $875 per month for one person only. This room includes a double sized bed with comfy mattress, a closet, a desk and drawers. There’s a shared kitchen on the main floor, where you will have a cupboard for your food items and you may use our cookware. One parking spot is available and we have a level 2 EV charger (J1772) you can use. We also have an infrared sauna for use (with signed waiver).

There are shared laundry facilities on site and we provide you with the detergent! Utilities and wifi included. During your stay with us, you are welcome to enjoy your meals in the kitchen or the dining room.
