$500 non refundable deposit and $700/month which includes utilities. We can discuss the food part. If you are low-income/no income, we still could maybe work something out..times are tough and certainly will get tougher. Having the right person here is more important..this could possibly be longer than temporary,  it just depends on how it goes. If you are a believer, you know how the story ends.

I’m still developing the back yard.

Would you like to help me with some projects? You will get a rent reduction for that.

Please don’t bring a ton of stuff and keep your space clean and help with chores, community minded.

Dr Bronners soap for laundry is ok, everything else is too toxic for me.

I’m still landscaping outside and also plan on building a cob oven.  Maybe turn garage into art space or something.
