I’m seeking community where my toddler son can interact with other littles, ideally in a rural location or site that has enough land where nature is easily accessible. By trade and education, I have served as a nurse, doula, writer/editor, teacher, yoga instructor, lactation educator, and a few other avenues. Having other children nearby and parents who are interested in pooling resources around home/un-schooling, childcare, activities, mentoring, etc. is a must. I’m open to anywhere in the world and have traveled extensively to countries both developed and not, as well as lived in “challenging” locations such as bush Alaska, Cambodian villages, etc. I can rough it, exchange work for rent, invest money if co-buying land, etc. Non-professionally, I’ve done a fair amount of gardening, planting, and other types of manual labor outdoors.
