Hello!
We are a fun-loving, nature-loving, musical, artistic, and professional couple with an 8-month-old baby, and a small dog looking to rent in an intentional community, cohousing community, ecovillage, organic farm, or the like, starting this Fall. We are hoping to rent somewhere with the aim of eventually buying into the community, or nearby. We are also open to buying sooner.
Our Budget:
Maximum $2,000-3,000/mo, or up to $500K for buying. We are hoping to move in August, September, or October of 2022. We are hoping for a 6-month to a 1-year lease for a rental.
We’re open to different locations but would like to be near a city (within an hour’s drive) with good hospitals and services.
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for an intentional, warm-hearted, down-to-earth community full of people that want to balance privacy as much as build community. We want to build a community with people who also want to help to create a bright future for our children. We are vaccinated, believe in equality for all, and value diversity in all of its forms. We also love food, cooking, and sharing meals with friends!

About Us:
James is a drummer and sound healing Buddhist who works in technology and is very handy around the homestead. Bridget is an educator who loves to garden organically, dance and listen to music, practice earth-based spirituality, and be a feminist. She plans to open a pre-school/homeschool co-op in the next year or so. Juniper is an inquisitive baby with a heart of gold. Pepper is an older dachshund mix who loves to run on trails.
