At Cascadia Commons Cohousing, our intention is to get to know our neighbors, share resources, and enjoy social occasions.  We love celebrating birthdays and holidays, watching movies together, and sharing meals.  Cascadia Commons Cohousing is a multi-generational community with an emphasis on environmental stewardship.  The home’s current owner lived at Cascadia Commons for 15 years.

Group tours are given regularly on the third Saturday of each month at 11:30am.  Individual tours are given by request.  We encourage prospective residents to plan several visits (or virtual visits) to get to know us before purchasing.

About this townhome:

Location is everything and this home has it!  The front porch overlooks the central green space, including the playground and fruit trees.  Down the pathway is our Common House, with its communal library, dining space, guest rooms, and other amenities.  Further down, across our Creek Bridge, is our workshop.

Because the unit’s LCE includes a large front porch as well as a backyard, you can relax and visit with neighbors on the front patio or have some private quiet time listening to the birds in the backyard. There is enough garden space for flowers and vegetables.
