The Iron is heating up in Depoe Bay.
The Co-Housing project in Lincoln County Oregon has an update on the status.
1 The two “L” shaped lots at Collins and Combs in Depoe Bay have been sold.
A local developer and contractor team purchased the property in the summer.
The owner of the lot on Combs stated his part of the planned development is to be abandoned.
2 The price for the 50 x 100 parcel on Combs Ave is available for $100K. This is $25K less than was stated in the initial description.
3 The lots are available separately.
The owner budgeted $300K for the property and installation of a prefabricated home with services, fees and inspections.
Seeking creative, mindfulness-oriented, and ecologically concerned seniors to become part of a mini co-housing project along our central OR coast.
This is an invitation to participate, as kindred spirits, in this manifestation experiment with me, Erin, my partner Jeff, our existing neighbors, and the sacred land surrounding us.
This is an opportunity to help us create one small miracle (literally in our own backyard!), while, hopefully, also laying groundwork for other similar projects world wide.
We are intending to create an electively interdependent cooperative that includes two available lots behind our back fence, sharing community flower and veggie gardens, fruit trees, plus tools, art supplies, workshop and studio spaces.
