Dear All,

We are forming an intentional community after many years of dreaming about doing so!  clearly the time is now to begin.

We have a  magical 258 acre coastal valley with streams, springs, native bush and 10 acres of radiata pine..   It is located across from the sea and only 5 minutes’ drive to the shops, pharmacy and clinic, and 10 minutes’ drive to the city of Whangarei.  We are 2 1/2 hours drive north of Auckland.

Our vision is to find people of like mind,  to share the land, grow orgnic food, and raise animals.  Our valley has next to zero coverage for wifi, for which we are grateful.   Power and copper line are  at the boundary, so internet will be available using ethernet.

Due to the current situation New Zealand is only accepting people who have essential skills, such as doctors, dentists, electricians and many more.

Please check this list to see if your line of work qualifies you to enter.

This is our first attempt to reach to the wide world for members!

The community will be set up as a company with shares.  Each share will be $250,000. and will include a one acre homesite and shared use of the entire valley, vegetable gardens,.  A payment plan can be organised.  There will be opportunity for participating in  creating a healing /retreat center/bush school.

Our animals are currently  4 Belted Galloway cows (more to come) , 20 chickens, 4ducks and 6 sheep. We will establish fruit and nut orchards, and  permaculture gardens.  We intend to be as self sufficient as possible.

If you have the skills that will allow you into New Zealand (or have enough money to come in under the entrepreneurial category) and the desire to find a community where you and your family can live independently and in harmony with others,  please contact me to find out more.
