We are a family looking to slowly build a community where we live.  I own a 27 acre property  (21 acres are woods) right by a stream large enough to be called a river.  It is a serene and beautiful spot with a lot of wonderful potential to become a thriving space over time for many to share resources and life together.  We are looking to carefully and mindfully add in one or 2 people first and keep growing from there.  We are 20 minutes from any particular need, an hour and 20 minutes inland from Bar Harbor — also 20 minutes from Bangor International Airport.
