I am opening the first (beautifully decorated) hostel in Rochester NY.  I will offer a small bedroom and pay in exchange for you being highly present at the hostel, particularly at night, and for doing light work like cleaning, laundry, checking in guests, when these needs pop up.  The pay is up in the air because I do not know how much money I will make.  We could start by agreeing on a modest percentage of the profits, which could give you incentive to help me market it.  It is all negotiable!  Contact Rich at richneo9@gmail.com
