I have gathered enough experience to start a new village, and picked the Arava region; which has the greatest potential for development.

I’m looking for artists, bona fide hippies, creators, farmers, filmmakers, flyers, foodies, futurists, inventors, musicians, nature lovers, performers, scientists, theater folk, winemakers, autodidacts with no hangups about it, who want to build a better world and raise their children in a self-sufficient  learning, egalitarian, spiritual community, near an airport and a high speed train line to Tel Aviv (now being built), and with access to the port of Eilat’s free trade zone.

We can claim land to build our homes, with our own hands or each other’s, and a huge economic opportunity.

Please tell me what you would like the community to be like, what you seek and what you can contribute to create it together; the bylaws you want, the things you stand for and what matters the most to you.

The community will be run according to the Holacracy (google it) system, guaranteeing equal access to power and decisions for every member, and meaningful a role for each one no matter what age they are and economic weight they carry.

All transactions will be fully transparent and no information will be withheld, hidden or denied.

Tools and resources for projects and seed capital for startups will be a right and not a favor; the village will be glocal, with the group connecting online until the land is acquired.

My contribution is a new solar energy conversion technology, based on nano-optics, and I have planned a sophisticated economic model for its development.

Once the land is granted, a hotel will be built, with a suite belonging to each member, as a residence until a permanent home is built, and then to be used as rental, income supplement space; there will be an educational campus, conference space, and hospitality operation.

Climate is semitropical,and vineyards will grow in the shade of the power station’s heliostats; I will show the land to those already in Israel or who come for the purpose.
