I am a 68 year old female Navy Vet (Hospital Corpsman 72-75) who’s a Registered Nurse now. I am looking to share my 4 bedroom home with another retired person, or an older couple, preferably a Veterans who is older, like me. 

I ran a “Golden Girls/Guys Home” in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area for years and it worked out great for me and my two other roommates! Much lower housing costs for all of us and company when we wanted it!

I have two upstairs bedrooms for rent, with a full bathroom. Use one for your bedroom and the other one for your office/sitting area!

Another full bathroom is also available for your use on the first floor, which is also the laundry room.

You would have full use of the furnished and fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 10.5’ X 21’ back screened porch, overlooking the trout stream 70’ below and 6’ x 42’ front porch which is overlooking the front woods.

Total square footage of the first and second floors is about 1500’. Most rooms have a ceiling fan. Total electric home with central heating and air conditioning. Spring fed well water!!

Rooms Upstairs for rent: one of the two Bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed (including linens), bedside tables, upholstered chair and small dresser & chest of drawers. The other room is unfinished. Each room has a large closet- approximately 6’.

$1,000 per month-includes utilities and internet (you provide your own TV services). 

$1,000 security deposit. I must have background check and credit check on you at your cost. 

Absolutely no illegal drug use nor heavy drinking allowed!

If you are a wildlife enthusiast or a hunter, there’s tons of wildlife right here- deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, birds, Etc!

There’s also a three bay pole barn about 300’ from the house that you can use for storage for camper/ motorcycle/ Etc and lots of open spaces amongst the trees near the house for your outdoor enjoyment.

There is around an acre cleared at the front of the property for planting a garden and already has a few fruit trees and blueberry bushes.

BTW- I am a smoker, but have air filters in the house! I don’t drink or use any kind of non-prescription drugs.
