There is a creek, some nice hills, a koi pond, a solar sauna, and nature on my 30 acres of land. Good for futurists, primitives, nomads, anarchists, permaculture enthusiasts,  People who want to park a tiny house somewhere for free or any kind of utopian. I’m interested to see what YOUR idea is, use my land indefinitely or buy some if you want, it’s a lot of extra land for me. You can rent out an air bnb there for income or any other idea you think of that doesn’t pollute the land. There is unlimited clay for cob houses, or tree houses, or berm houses, or earthships,  Basically make a futuristic naturalistic city if you want.
