Estate of Mind is a creative collaborative coliving community located south of Worcester MA on the historic Whitin Lasell Estate. Our focus includes arts, music, events, crafts, and other sorts of creativity. We are currently 18 adults with two children here part time, aiming for a community size of around 30 people.

Our home comprises three residential buildings (manor, dormitory, house), a number of outbuildings, and 25 acres of land including about 20 acres of forest. We are a short walk from a small town downtown with amenities such as restaurants, post office, etc.

We host events every week including yoga, figure drawing, music jams, open mic nights, adult oriented workshops and parties, video and photo content production, board games, and more.

The typical resident is paying $750/mo for rent, $100 for utilities, and $100 for groceries, with a few paying more for larger spaces, and a few paying less and working for the property and community.
