Hello Friends,
We currently have two full-time residential cabin openings here at Ingenium Village, just two miles from both Nevada City and Grass Valley, California. We’re hosting in-person TOURS once per month and virtual “Tea Parties” (a live online orientation) intermittently until the cabins are filled. See when the next Tour and “Tea Party” dates are at our “Self-Guided-Tour” page at www.ExpressiveArtsVillage.com/self-guided-tour

Here are all the details: Ingenium is a small, innovative residential village where kindred spirits share their talents and passions, and inspire each other to cultivate their healthiest, most creative selves. We are on 48 beautiful forested acres.
In each cabin there’s vaulted ceilings, wood floors, a kitchen with hickory cabinets and granite counter tops; bathroom with claw-foot tub, artisan vessel sink and hand-crafted vanity; a bedroom plus an extra full-sized loft; an open living room area with a propane “wood stove” type heater, a skylight and a beautiful and unique stained glass window.
Along with your own cabin, you’ll also enjoy the Common House with wood fireplace, piano, large-screen TV, meditation/yoga loft, exercise room, playroom and launtry; the Art Barn with your own art/craft space; indoor “Grotto” spa hot-tub sanctuary; Massage Room; Organic Garden; Forest Trails; and Swimming Pond.
Monthly rents average $1,500 (inlcludes $100 for our Community Fund) plus both common utilities which come to an average of approximately $250 per month and personal utilities (propane, cell phone service).
Each resident contributes 10 hours of service per month, attends weekly Resident’s Meetings, monthly get-togethers, and occasional work and/or play parties of various kinds.
If you’d like to join a virtual “Tea Party” or in-person Tour, please fill out the Preliminary Application on the virtual “Self-Guided Tour” page on our website.
We’ll be looking forward to meeting you soon!
