When we have this knowledge\, our communities\, groups\, and organizations are better able to be socially resilient during times of conflict and crisis. Additionally\, these communities are better able to achieve social wellness and wholeness before\, during\, and after times of conflict and crisis\, as well as during times of peace. \nHealing Conversations for Troubling Times is an interactive introduction and learning experience in the use and application of SocialTech/Social Triage\, the set of tools developed to help individuals and organizations transition to sustainable-value-based living. This workshop will introduce how to use these tools for trauma mitigation\, conflict resolution\, and conflict de-escalation. \nDuring this workshop you will learn:\n\nA model for mapping trauma\nA structured framework for understanding trauma and reversing its impact\nTools to create healing conversations and resolve conflict \n\n\nAbout your presenter\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLaRahna Hughes\n \nLaRahna is a retired farmer\, pastor\, and sustainable community developer.
