The Cohousing Legal Toolkit 3.0

Free!

FIC has been collaborating with editor Jill Jacobs and authors Janelle Orsi and Cynthia Hawley (with contributions from Tree Bressen) to bring you to the updated edition of The Cohousing Legal Toolkit 3.0.

Adapted from the 2012 version by Janelle and Cynthia, Jill offers you up-to-date information and guidance for cohousing communities seeking to understand legal options. Not to be substituted for legal advice, this guide provides over 100 pages of information and support from taxes and zoning to bylaws and group process.

The Cohousing Legal Toolkit 3.0 is useful for any cohousing group at any stage, whether you are forming or formed.
