Description

In this class we will identify the hardest conversations that are likely to surface in conjunction with conflict, along with suggestions for how to prepare for them. We will also touch on the importance (and difficulty) of having clean feedback channels among members.

Distilled from more than three decades of working as a professional facilitator and trainer for cooperative groups, your instructor, Laird Schaub, will cover what you need to know to move through conflict with as much grace as possible.

In this class you’ll learn about:

  • how to identify hard conversations
how to prepare for hard conversations
  • the importance of having clean feedback channels among members
