Description

How do we bend our traditional legacy systems of Boards, Bylaws plenaries, and homeowner associations toward effective cooperation?

Sociocracy for All’s Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, your instructor, will guide you on how to make the best use of interplay between whole community meetings and traditional legacy systems. We’ll also look at the idealistic and realistic ways of working with these elements of a community’s organization. There will be lots of time for Q&A.

In this class you’ll learn about:

  • interplay between whole community meetings and traditional legacy systems (Boards, Mission Circles, Steering Committees, etc)
  • bylaws and policies

This class is suitable for people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
