Description

Sociocracy is an increasingly popular governance and decision-making method based on an integration of equivalency and effectiveness. Sociocracy (aka Dynamic Governance) is for everyone who dreams of a world where we can make decisions as equals and enjoy deep human connection while getting things done to create and sustain our communities. Sociocracy is used worldwide in a variety of organizations including intentional communities, nonprofits, cooperatives and schools.

Sociocracy for All’s Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, your instructor, will introduce you to the basics of sociocratic decision-making, organizational structure and feedback.

In this class you’ll learn about:

  • the basic principles of Sociocratic decision-making
  • structure with linked circles and roles
  • feedback loops

This class is suitable for people new to the world of intentional communities, people looking to visit or join a community, people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
