In this class, Sociocracy for All’s Jerry Koch-Gonzalez, your instructor, will guide you through role plays dealing with various challenges we experience in meetings.  This is a participatory skill-building session assuming you are using the sociocratic method, but is useful even if you’re not!

In this class you’ll learn about:

• working with objections
• working with cross-talk
• working with emotional out-bursts
• working with counterproposals
• working with run-on talkers

This class is suitable for people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
