Description

In order to effectively deal with conflict at the least expensive level, we’ll lay out a sequence of escalating steps for working through conflict, starting with the individual and working up to engaging the whole group. Key to this concept is an important intermediate option to work with a team dedicated to providing support when members struggle to find their way through conflict on their own. You will receive a template for such a team.

Distilled from more than three decades of working as a professional facilitator and trainer for cooperative groups, your instructor, Laird Schaub, will cover what you need to know to move through conflict with as much grace as possible.

In this class you’ll learn about:

  • the sequence of escalating steps for working through conflict
  • a template for creating a care team

This class is suitable for people new to the world of intentional communities, people looking to visit or join a community, people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
