Description

Facilitation is the practice of creating and holding structures and processes within which connection and decision-making can happen effectively. In the Facilitating Complex Topics class, instructor Karen Gimnig will guide you through how to facilitate a meeting when many steps are needed.

In this class you’ll learn:

  • Identifying goals and objectives
  • Supporting a process
  • Separating cognitive and emotional input
  • A variety of activities that support a process
  • Example of a process used by the instructor in a real community

This class is suitable for people new to the world of intentional communities, people looking to start/build a community, and people already living in community.
