Join embodiment and relationship coach, Roberto Rodriguez, for an introduction to the Relational Integrity Framework and learn how to stay connected through difference. For group leaders, facilitators, community-builders, or anyone wanting to increase their relational skills.
About the event
There’s more at play when building relationships than the naked eye can see. Visible and invisible dynamics influence the structure of our shared realities. When we become aware of these forces, we can navigate them more intentionally, increasing our connection and our ability to relate with integrity.
In this 2-hour introductory and highly interactive workshop, participants will learn the basics of the Relational Integrity Framework with relationship educator-coach and group facilitator Roberto Rodriguez.
The Relational Integrity Framework draws from living systems theory, Indigenous cosmology, liberation pedagogy, somatic psychology, and depth psychology.
The framework helps us to map the complex structural realities our relationships exist within while training our capacity to remain connected, adaptive and generative across differences so that shared-meaning and collective sense-making can take root.
Together we will think, move, discuss, and challenge ourselves to discover what it means to dream and build our future across differences and with relational integrity.
We will explore:
- The 4 levels of relational integrity: personal, interpersonal, systemic, and transpersonal (or “more-than-human”)
- The importance of and how to sense the “field”
- The structural dynamics that influence our relationships, how they limit our ability to relate, and how to work with them
- The language of archetypal and symbolic patterns, how they show up in our relations, and how to work with them for a sense of shared-meaning while honoring complexity
- The elements of “mapping” a group process/dynamic while considering appropriate “pacing”
Without an aim of finding answers or drawing conclusions, Roberto will lead participants through multi-sensory learning to “wrestle” with the basic concepts of the Relational Integrity Framework through dyad, small group, and whole group practices.
The Relational Integrity Framework can be used by group facilitators, leaders, community-builders, and anyone who wants to improve their relational skills.
If you are interested in experiencing how Roberto teaches and works with the Relational Integrity Framework in-person, check out the Goodenough Community’s annual Summer Gathering event in Northwestern Washington (June 9-14, 2026). We would love to see you there!
About your presenter

Roberto Rodriguez
Roberto is a relationship educator-coach, group facilitator, and body-centered practitioner whose work is grounded in decades of engagement with embodiment, relationship, and collective care.
Shaped by early experiences of violence, disruption, and systemic injustice, his path has been guided by a commitment to repair, responsibility, and what he calls relational integrity: the capacity to show up with awareness and care in the systems we belong to.
Drawing from embodied disciplines such as martial arts, dance, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, alongside depth-oriented psychological and community-based practices, Roberto supports individuals and groups in listening more deeply to themselves, to one another, and to the subtle signals shaping group life.
He is a founding team member of The Affinity-Belonging Initiative and continues to work at the intersection of personal healing, relational skill, and collective transformation.
