Presenting Community:

Prairie Hill Cohousing
Our diverse group is inclusive and friendly, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds and stages of life.
We come from all over, with a range of experience and skills including design, finance, green building, horticulture, and more. At Prairie Hill, located in Iowa City, Iowa, families with young children are welcome, as cohousing provides an excellent environment for learning and growth. Children feel safe here, among caring neighbors.
Sociocratic by design, LBGTQ-friendly, multicultural, and dedicated to ecological sustainability, we share a common goal of creating a supportive and active community, without any specific political or religious affiliations.
This tour comes at an exciting time as Prairie Hill is accepting new members and now has two units available for purchase!
