We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with our Communications Director to market all of the FIC’s programs and products. The position involves on-going management and expansion of digital marketing for our online courses, events, books, and ads, as well as the broader promotion of the FIC and intentional communities. The ideal candidate has extensive branding, advertising, copywriting, and design experience, with data-driven strategies and a proven track record of success. They must be familiar with working in collaborative teams, managing multiple priorities, and staying on track with set goals.
Community Engagement Assistant
We are seeking a Community Engagement Assistant to support the administration and customer service of key public engagement programs, including the Communities Directory and Online Events / Courses. The ideal candidate is energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for intentional communities and helping people to connect more deeply with the FIC. They must have strong communication and organization skills, with exemplary ability to follow through with tasks in a timely manner.
We are seeking a Video Editor to work closely with our Communications Team to produce videos for our online courses and YouTube channel. The position involves organizing and editing video content from our Zoom events and other sources into short, creative, and informative videos about intentional community related topics. The ideal candidate is able to turn out “on-brand” videos quickly and timely, with a willingness to learn about intentional communities, the needs of our audience, and the kinds of content that will be most appealing.
Social Media Internship
We are seeking a Social Media Intern to work closely with our Social Media Manager to support the ongoing management of our social media channels, including: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The position involves sourcing content from intentional communities, the media, and partner organizations. Then editing content and drafting copy with the FIC brand voice to prepare for publishing, under the guidance of our Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate has social media savvy, passion for intentional community, and a desire to gain skills to advance a career in communications work.
