Cultivating a Sense Belonging through Circle Work [2-Part Training]
Join conscious living coach and founder of the Zemyna Foundation, Naumrata Arora, for a 2-part interactive training on Circle Work.
The pandemic has deepened our sense of isolation from our human family, resulting in an increased sense of disconnection. A rise in polarization and conflicts has deepened the divide amongst us, resulting in a breakdown of our social fabric. There is an urgent need for us to bring back ancient wisdom to create harmony and belongingness for resilience.
At such a time, what would it be like to spend time together in your community that is meaningful, fulfilling, and fun, even if life isn’t a rose garden?
During this highly interactive training, Namrata will introduce you to the basics of how to create and maintain a safe container that can restore balance and hold space for deep emotional intimacy.
In this two-part session, we explore and practice Circle Work, a potent technique to help cultivate a feeling of belongingness within our chosen communities.
Through this two part session, participants will:
- Gain an awareness of what Circle Work is
- Develop an understanding of what it takes to host a Circle
- Learn about the various nuances to bear in mind for creating safe spaces
- Get an overview of various ways in which such gatherings can be beneficial for communities
- Experience being in a circle and engage in a discussion on its applications
- Have the opportunity to practice Circle Work in breakouts
“The calm and clarity of the facilitator was notable and helped to shift my state of mind.”
