FIC Programs Director

Lauren Hugel

We just finished our 2023 FIC retreat at Shannon Farm Community in rural Virginia. What a beautiful time of year to be here with the changing leaves and chill in the air. And, of course, big thank you to Shannon Farm community for being incredible hosts

While at the retreat, we spent a lot of time thinking about 2024. Could FIC offer other kinds of programming? What should the communities movement focus on? What should FIC’s focus be? How do we raise the bar with FIC programs for 2024?

We’ve been asking ourselves these questions, but we’re also curious to ask you! Would you be willing to help us craft the courses and programs for 2024? The FIC would love your support by filling out this survey. Also, join the conversation in the Forum, or create one of your own!

I’ve had the honor of learning alongside you in the 70+ events and 15 live courses we’ve offered this year. I look forward to reconnecting with many of you and hope to meet some new faces in the coming year. Let’s raise the bar with FIC Programs for 2024.

Thank you so much for your support, the FIC can’t wait to share more of what we have planned for 2024.
